You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that you are able to enter into a binding agreement.

Moatigo provides financial data, company analysis, watchlists, AI-assisted research tools, valuation-related insights, and educational content. All content on the Service is provided for informational and educational purposes only. In particular:

• Moatigo does not provide financial advice or investment advice.
• Moatigo does not provide investment recommendations or personalized advice.
• Nothing on the Service should be interpreted as a buy, sell, hold, or any other investment recommendation for any security.
• Moatigo is not a licensed broker, dealer, investment adviser, or financial planner.
• Moatigo does not provide legal, tax, accounting, financial planning, brokerage, or investment advisory services.

You are solely responsible for your investment decisions and for evaluating any information you access through the Service. Investing involves risk, including possible loss of principal. Parts of the Service use artificial intelligence and statistical models to generate analysis, summaries, and research outputs. AI-generated and model-generated outputs may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies, and should not be relied upon as a sole basis for any decision. Always verify important information independently.

• Moatigo offers a paid monthly subscription that renews automatically until cancelled.
• You may cancel at any time; you keep full access until the end of your current paid billing period.
• Credits may be purchased by active subscribers and are used for analysis/report generation according to product rules.
• Credits do not provide full platform access. Full platform access requires an active paid subscription.
• Full details on billing, automatic renewal, cancellation, refunds, and credits are set out in our Billing, Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
• Notify us promptly at info@moatigo.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

You agree not to:

• Share your account or access credentials with others.
• Copy, resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit content from the Service without our prior written consent.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Service.
• Reverse engineer, interfere with, or disrupt the Service or its security features.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable law.

The Service, including its software, design, methodologies, scoring systems, analyses, reports, and branding, is owned by Moatigo or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Your access is a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service in accordance with your subscription plan and these Terms, and does not transfer any ownership to you.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms, misuse the Service, or where required for legal or security reasons. Where reasonably possible, we will notify you. You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Moatigo shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or investment losses, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent version. Where notice is required by applicable law, we will provide it. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

The governing law and dispute-resolution venue for these Terms will be specified following legal review. Until then, applicable mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence remain unaffected.
