Billing, Refund & Cancellation Policy — Moatigo

• Moatigo offers a paid monthly subscription. Only active subscribers receive full access to the platform, including the dashboard, watchlist, AI Scanner, reports, community insights, and other Pro features.
• Subscription billing is recurring: your subscription renews automatically at the start of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date.
• Your billing date is the date your subscription starts, and each renewal is charged on the corresponding date of the following billing period.
• The price is shown to you before purchase. Taxes (such as VAT) may be added where applicable.
• Depending on your payment provider, bank, or card issuer, payment processing fees or currency conversion fees may apply. These are set by your provider, not by Moatigo.
• You are responsible for keeping your payment details up to date. Failed payments may result in suspended or limited access until payment is completed.
• Moatigo may change its pricing. Where prior notice is required, we will provide it before the new pricing applies to you.

• Some offers include a 7-day free trial that requires a payment card. You are charged $0 at signup; the price you were shown at checkout is charged automatically when the trial ends, and the subscription then renews monthly from that date.
• If you cancel before the trial ends (from your account settings, at any time), you are never charged and your access ends when the trial period ends.
• Once the first charge has been made, it is not refundable if the service has been used. Cancelling after a charge stops the next renewal; you keep full access until the end of the period you paid for.
• The free trial is available once per person. Attempts to claim multiple trials with different accounts or payment methods may be declined or charged the full price by our payment provider.

• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.
• When you cancel, you keep full access until the end of your current paid billing period. You will not be charged again after that.
• After the paid billing period ends, full platform access is restricted. Renewing your subscription restores full access, subject to your account status and product rules.

• Credits are used to generate analysis reports beyond your monthly subscription allowance, according to the product rules shown at purchase.
• Credits do not reset monthly. They remain available in your account until used, unless otherwise stated or required by law.
• Credits can only be purchased while you have an active monthly subscription.
• Credits do not provide full platform access. Full access requires an active paid subscription.
• If your subscription is cancelled or expires, any remaining credits are not removed. You may continue using remaining credits only for eligible analysis/report generation. All other Pro features require an active subscription.
• Without an active subscription, you cannot purchase additional credits.

Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Refund eligibility may depend on factors such as:

• When the refund request was made
• Whether the subscription was used during the billing period
• Whether reports or analyses were generated
• Whether credits were purchased or used
• Whether a refund is required by applicable law

Moatigo does not guarantee refunds for used subscription periods, generated reports, used credits, or partially used services, unless required by applicable law. If you used the platform, generated analyses, consumed credits, or accessed paid features, this may limit or prevent refund eligibility, subject to applicable law.

Credits are generally non-refundable once purchased, especially if they have been used, partially used, or allocated to analysis/report generation.

Where applicable law provides a mandatory cancellation or refund right, Moatigo will comply with such requirements. Otherwise, refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may not be available for used services, generated reports, consumed credits, or completed billing periods.

In some jurisdictions, consumers may have a cooling-off or withdrawal right (for example, a 14-day period) under applicable law. Where such rights apply to you, they will be honored as required by law.

• Active subscription: full platform access.
• Cancelled or expired subscription: no full platform access after the end of the paid billing period.
• Remaining credits after cancellation/expiration: usable only for eligible analysis/report generation.
• No active subscription: additional credits cannot be purchased.
• Renewing your subscription: restores full access, subject to account status and product rules.

• To cancel: go to your account Settings and select Cancel Subscription.
• To request a refund review: contact us at info@moatigo.com with "Refund Request" in the subject line, including your account email and the reason for the request.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent version. Where notice is required by applicable law, we will provide it.
