Accessibility Statement — Moatigo

Last updated: March 3, 2026

Moatigo is committed to making our website and services accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. We view accessibility as an ongoing effort and work to improve usability and compatibility with assistive technologies.

01Purpose

This Accessibility Statement explains:

  • Our accessibility goals and standards
  • The measures we take to support accessibility
  • How to contact us if you experience an accessibility issue

02Accessibility Standard

We aim to support accessibility in accordance with:

  • WCAG 2.1 Level AA guidelines
  • Israeli Standard 5568 (AA level), where applicable

03Accessibility Efforts (Ongoing)

We work continuously to improve accessibility across the Service. Our efforts may include:

  • Improving keyboard navigation and visible focus indicators
  • Supporting screen readers through semantic structure and proper labels
  • Maintaining readable color contrast and clear typography where possible
  • Improving forms and interactive elements (buttons, dialogs, errors, input labels)
  • Reducing barriers in layouts and navigation patterns

While we strive to make the entire Service accessible, some pages or features may not yet fully meet all accessibility requirements. If you encounter an issue, we want to know so we can work to fix it.

04No Accessibility Widget

moatigo currently does not use an accessibility widget or overlay tool (for example, tools that change font size, contrast profiles, highlight links, etc.). Instead, we focus on improving accessibility directly within the website and product code.

05Keyboard Navigation

moatigo is intended to be usable with a keyboard. Common keyboard patterns include:

  • TabShift+Tab— move between interactive elements
  • EnterSpace— activate buttons and links (where supported)
  • Esc— close dialogs/popups (where supported)
  • ↑↓Arrow keys — navigate within certain menus/components (where supported)

06Compatibility

Accessibility may depend on your browser, operating system, and assistive technology. If you have trouble using moatigo with a specific setup, please contact us and include:

  • Device type (desktop/mobile)
  • Browser name and version
  • Assistive technology (if relevant)
  • The page/feature where the issue occurs
  • What you expected vs. what happened

07Third-Party Content

Some parts of the Service may include third-party content or components. We do not always control the accessibility of third-party elements, but we aim to reduce barriers where feasible and choose providers that support accessibility when possible.

08Contact Us (Accessibility Support)

If you encounter an accessibility issue, need assistance, or want to suggest improvements, contact us:

To help us handle your request quickly, please include:

  • A description of the issue
  • The relevant page/feature (and URL if possible)
  • Your device and browser
  • A screenshot or short recording (optional)

09Updates to This Statement

We may update this Accessibility Statement from time to time as we improve the Service and as accessibility requirements evolve.
